OUR POLICIES:

SAFETY
Adult supervision is required for all play equipment and bounce houses at all times. Shoes, food, drinks, and sharp objects are not allowed in bounce houses or soft play areas. No rough play, flips, or climbing on walls of the bounce houses. Bounce houses must be vacated and shut down immediately should winds exceed 15 MPH. Our team reserves the right to deny service if safety guidelines are not followed.
WEATHER
Due to nature's unpredictability, it is best to have a secondary location (like your garage) in mind as a back-up. While our bounce houses have specific height requirements, our soft play equipment, flower walls, and other rentals can easily be moved indoors. Outdoor setups cannot be placed in high winds (above 15 mph), heavy rain, or extreme temperatures. If severe weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule based on the availability of our rentals. If an event is canceled due to weather, credit will be issued for a future booking within one calendar year based on the availability of our equipment..
