    • Our soft-play equipment is designed exclusively for children ages 0–5 only. 

    • Due to the structure & weight limitations of the material, older children are not permitted on or inside the soft-play area at any time to prevent injury and damage.

    • Because adult supervision is required at all times, adults are encouraged to enter the play area to watch and engage with their children. To keep the equipment in pristine condition, please remove your shoes prior to entering and avoid sitting on the play equipment. 

    *Our rentals are drop-off only and do not include on-site event staff. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise children at all times during use.

    • We pride ourselves on providing pristine equipment for every event, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use. Adhering to our guidelines allows us to continue offering our guests equipment that is well taken care of. 

    • We know that little ones sometimes have spills, diaper leaks, or unexpected tummy troubles. Should there be a mess during your event, please address the issue immediately using the cleaning products provided to keep the space as clean and safe as possible.

    • No face paint, temporary tattoos, slime, glitter, confetti, bubbles, or similar substances allowed on or near the play area. 

    • No food, drinks, gum, or snacks inside the soft-play zone.

    • All shoes, sharp objects, and toys not included in the package must be kept out of the soft-play area.

    • No pets, smoking, fireworks, or grills in or around the play area. 

    • Failure to adhere to these policies will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

    • Prior to your event, we'll confirm a delivery and set up time. Based on the items in your package, set up can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes prior to your event and 30–60 minutes afterward for teardown.

    • We kindly ask that guests (and their pets) stay clear of the play area during these times so we can work safely and efficiently.

    • Prior to our arrival, please ensure the indoor or outdoor play area is free of furniture, decorations, and other potential obstacles.

    • Please arrange adequate parking for a delivery vehicle/trailer and clear access (approx. 3' wide) to the designated play area—no long walks, narrow gates, stairs, or obstacles.​

    • For safe play, we require a flat, dry, and shaded surface for outdoor setups that is free of pet waste, sprinkler systems, etc. No uneven ground, mud, gravel, or dirt surfaces.

    • To ensure the safety of all guests, we will not set our equipment up outdoors if rain or winds exceeding 15mph are the forecast. No exceptions. If your event is outdoors, we strongly advise you have an indoor back-up plan in place. Covered patios, garages, or indoor spaces are great options--we will gladly work with you to 

    • We highly recommend to designate a shaded area or provide covering during the summer months, as our soft play equipment can get hot in direct sunlight
